Toxicity is not just someone else’s business! By cultivating a growth mindset, we can all actively contribute to creating healthy social dynamics at work to counteract toxicity and create an environment that is conducive to our professional and personal development, as well as that of our team.

Harassment in the workplace is much more than a hand-to-mouth affair. While fifty percent of women experience psychological and sexual harassment at work, it is a phenomenon that remains complex to identify, manage, and prevent, both in the face-to-face and remote work environments. Attorney Angelica Brachelente of Aparté helps us better understand and address harassment in the creative industries.

Do you spend your days putting out fires? Is your schedule often disrupted by the “emergencies” of your colleagues? Let’s redefine together the concept of emergency in the animation, visual effects and video game industries and integrate simple tools to better manage emergencies on a daily basis and thus reduce the stress level for us and our teams.

Burnout prevention and recovery expert Emma Matthews helps us define, recognize and address burnout in order to better heal and avoid recurrence, as well as to cultivate our own well-being and that of our teams.
